Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is:

Unused
Undamaged
In its original condition
Returned with its original packaging

Exchange Delivery Charges

Customers are responsible for the delivery charges associated with exchanges. Once the original item has been dispatched back to us and checked, we will process and ship the replacement item.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

Please note that Eyesight Sunglasses and Eyesight Frames are not eligible for exchange, as mentioned on the product page.
